Shipping & Returns

All Items on the website are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production of your order to take place. Shipping adds approximately 1 week onto the production time.  We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped and will provide a tracking number.  Shipping transit times vary depending on the service chosen.

We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange or return.  You have 7 days from the date you receive your item(s) to then return your item(s). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all provided hangtags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.  Exchanges are shipped back to you free of charge through same shipping method. You can change size and color.  If exchanging item(s) for a different style you must return the item and get a full refund. You must then replace your order. If returning or exchanging, please contact us via email for the reason of the return and we will give our shipping address. Receipt of invoice must be included in return.

After your return has processed and approved we will refund the full amount of the item(s) returned.  Cost of shipping the item(s) back to Cameron Bates LLC will not be included in the refund.  Depending on band or credit card companies, it can take 5-10 business days for refund to be completely transacted.

Items marked on FINAL SALE cannot be returned after purchase.

Please use the form at the bottom of the page to contact us regarding your return or exchange. Once we look over your request and contact you back you will be responsible for shipping your item back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped without signature confirmation.

The Cameronbates.club website and related services are made available to you through the following terms and conditions stated on our website.  We do not represent or warrant the information on our website is accurate and or current. This includes pricing and sometimes the availability of the product. We can change any information at any given time without notice.

 Please allow up to 20 days for production of each order.  Production time varies depending on material availability. Production time starts upon order, once your items are produced we will then ship out your order immediately letting you know via email, shipping time adds (Approximately 1 week) onto production time.

WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED FOR A FULL REFUND, OR EXCHANGE. YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT TO RETURN OR EXCHNAGE YOUR ITEMS.  

Follow care instructions according to each garment specifications.  If shrinkage occurs or damage occurs, we are not responsible for refunding or providing another garment in its place.  The care instructions are specifically for each piece individually and for the nature of the fabric and how it reacts to drying or washing.  To ensure best quality, dry clean each garment.

Note, Colors of items may slightly differ from what is on the screen depending on your monitor.

Note, your items may be done well within production day limit (Time Varies among'st products)
